Our policy for returns
Smaranda-Almasan.com accepts returns within 10 working days. You have the first 5 working days to send us an e-mail to with the message “I return [name and product code]” and 5 more working days to return the package. This means that the product should be returned to our warehouse within maximum 10 working days since you received the product. Please take into consideration that the freight can take up to 5 working days, except when sent via express delivery.
Please read the information below carefully:
- Before ordering any product, please carefully check the product on site. You will find all necessary information on the product description page. If you need further information, please contact us at email@example.com. Also, on the same product page, you may zoom the product to be able to study in detail both the material composition and its details.
- The delivery service that we use is DPD COURIER and we recommend you to use the same service for easy return. However, if you want to use a different courier service to return the products, you can choose any other service.
- Return charges will be in customer’s responsability.
- Send the parcel with the product and the invoice or proforma invoice from the initially received parcel to the sender’s address.
- The shipping cost for returning the product will be paid by the customer.
- Warning! We do not accept packages with return payment.
- Pursuant to the general common laws, on transfer of proprietary over property, applied in Romania, the product is your entire responsibility until it gets back to us.
- We recommend before removing the label to carefully check if it is the product you ordered, if it was damaged during transport or during packaging and if it is the right size.
- Smaranda-Almasan.com and its partners will not accept the return of any worn products, with removed label, or destroyed package.
- Attention! When you order a sur mesure realized product the returning of the product will become unavailable.
- Under the conditions set forth under Article 4 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Government Ordinance 130/2000, when purchasing products from www.smaranda-almasan.com, the buyer is entitled to return/have his product replaced only once.
- In the exceptional event when any product was delivered by www.smaranda-almasan.com without safety label attached and you want to return this product, please contact us on the same day at the e-mail adress: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone number: 0742212886
- Please take into consideration that the products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Recurrent cancellation of orders may be considered an abuse.
- If we sent you a different product from the ordered one, you can return it at no additional cost. We will bear all transportation costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.
- These return policies do not affect in any way your rights set forth by the applicable law.
- If you are under 18 years, inform your tutor if you want to order anything.
Colours of the products
- We made every effort to display the products in their original colours. However, as each screen can have different settings, it is possible to see colours slightly different from the original. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen is the exact colour of the product.
What to do if you want to return a product?
- Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with the subject “I return” (product name and code). Please write down your site identification data, your telephone number and the delivery address the product was ordered to, as well as your bank account number where we should return the money to you.
- Once the product returned to us under its original condition, unused and labels on, we will return to you in the bank account you specified, within maximum 14 working days, the amount paid for the returned product.
To change a product, you have to take the following steps:
- We can change the returned product with a similar one, a different size (the same code, model, colour, material), depending on stock availability.
- If you want to change it for another product (other code, model, colour, material), you will pay the price difference on delivery, if the product is more expensive. We can send to you the new exchange product only after you have returned the initially bought product. The refund of the value of the product, or as appropriate, its replacement shall be made up within 30 days from to return.
- In every case of return or replacement of products as a result of cancellation of the purchase, the replacement costs are paid by the client.
Delivery costs for international orders (including returns) will be paid by the customer.
These provisions apply pursuant to the G.O. 130/2000, when purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques.
